effective 28 September 2026, our company name has changed from active forwarding Uluslararası Taşımacılık Ltd. Şti. to

aktif trans Uluslararası Lojistik ve Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti.

Only the name has changed

The legal entity, tax registration (Şişli Tax Office, tax no. 6141548969), trade registry number, address, bank accounts, existing contracts and our team all remain the same. Your ongoing shipments and your account continue without interruption.

Why

Today we are no longer only a forwarder arranging transport. With our own equipment we mainly run the Germany and Italy lanes and provide transit solutions via Türkiye to the Middle East and Central Asia. aktif trans states that position more clearly — and in Turkish it is easier to pronounce and to remember.

What applies from now on

• Our invoices and documents will be issued under the new name.

• Our e-mail addresses are @aktiftrans.com and our website is aktiftrans.com.

• The previous e-mail addresses remain reachable until 31 December 2026 and are forwarded automatically.

• All we ask: please update our company name in your master data. The trade registry gazette (Ticaret Sicil Gazetesi) and our current tax certificate are available on request.
