How do you build long-term customer relationships?
Updated: 5 days ago
It may come from my surname being Çiçek — flower. I use the image of the gardener. Pulling at a tree will not make it grow faster; you have to tend it — the water, the light, the weeds, the fertiliser.
I do not believe in this: what starts fast, ends fast. I invest in long relationships that have been fed and grown with attention — the same for customers and for suppliers.
There will be trouble in every relationship. There is no world without problems. If it carries on regardless, in good days and bad, that is exactly our idea of customer relationship management.
Do we always manage it? No, of course not. But that is our philosophy.
