How do you handle a crisis?

A crisis is an opportunity. What we look for is how to take the cream off it.
We grew in crises. And we have seen that the customers who carry the same mindset come through better.
What comes out in a crisis is not helplessness but our experience and our passion for logistics. Anyone can swim in calm water; you show yourself in the wind and the storm. That is where what we really are comes out — and the satisfaction of solving it is why we do this job.
