Can you share a difficult operation you handled?

Let me share a very recent example.
One of the leading companies in Turkey's paint industry had two separate consignments that had to move under temperature control. One was in Germany, where no reefer vehicle was available at the time. The other was in southern Italy — an area Turkish trucks do not normally go to, since Italy's economy sits in the north.
What did we do? We brought the German and the South Italian consignment together in Milan. Both had to stay temperature-controlled, with the Thermoking running so they would not freeze in cold weather. On top of that they were classified as dangerous goods: a specially trained driver, special equipment and the right certifications.
We solved both of the customer's problems in a single operation and delivered within three days.
